Did I ever post that I bought oregano oil and when I used it it triggered an asthma attack? I did that to myself twice because I'm a big dummy.
And reading back I see that last year I had a pot of sage - no idea what happened to that sage because I sure don't have it now. I don't even remember what pot it was in.
This season I refreshed the rosemary because the snow actually did hurt it and I planted a pot of thyme which is thriving. I also have some catnip that the cats don't pay any attention too.

My main herb garden is the Bunny Garden, right outside the back door so I can run out any time of day or night (with the floodlights) and not worry so much about stepping on a snake or in a fire ant nest. It is a square, and set over that is the metal frame for what once was a gazebo...only the frame is left. I have set up a garden hose, tie-wrapped to the top of the frame, like a drip hose with drip lines and little spray heads running out to hanging baskets and other standing pots and large pots. The garden has three beds, each 2 feet x 10 feet. My herbs are in the beds, hanging baskets, pots, and the recycled gas grill/planter. Herbs are there year-round but around Feb the pickings are slim for my hungry bunster.
This year I have 21 varieties of basil planted both in the Bunny Garden and in the main garden raised beds. The bunny garden also has a little bay tree (rather unhappy from the hard winter), a rosemary shrub about 3ft tall, Greek oregano, sorrel, beet greens, pineapple sage, lavender, sage, lemon thyme, peppermint, chocolate mint, sweet mint, orange bergamot mint, fennel (bulbing), bronze fennel, parsley, borage, salad burnett, dill, bunch of basils, garlic chives, some peppers, a few dwarf tomatoes, strawberry plants and some hanging basket tomatoes. Also a hanging pot of pennyroyal (which I don't feed to the bunny), a Key Lime tree and a Meyer's Lemon tree. And a Confederate Rose. I usually have Fweddie-Fwed's zinnas there but they are so messy and really bring the leaf-foots closer to the house than I like. So zinnas, sunflowers, and nasturtiums are in the main garden this year.
Oh, on the metal frame is also a grapevine and some Scarlet Emperor beans; and there is also a banana plant (I use the leaves for steaming fish).
There is normally cilantro in the winter but this time of year it is all burned up. In the winter I also have radishes, carrots, and turnip greens for the bunster, along with more parsley and the cilantro.
I am wondering what I might add in the way of herbs?
