Laura_in_FL, ladymarmalade, brownrexx, As luck has it, I just nabbed a buy on pink Himalayan sea salt. They had a buy 1 get one free, so I now have 8 pounds of sea salt. That's a good two year supply no more than I use.

I found some little pouches called Tru Lemon and Tru Lime. They have no artificial sweeteners, some have no sugar, some are only small amounts and have anywhere between no calories and 10 calories. No artificial color, they use vegetables to color, Non GMO and are very reasonable. I get a box of 10 pouches for 1.97
I bought these to try
lime/watermelon Lemon Raspberry Lemon strawberry A berry mixture
So far I've tried the lime watermelon and it's real good.

First off, I drink a lot. If I'm guessing it's at least a gallon a day. I keep something in my hand round the clock. Well, not quite, but you get the picture. WHOA! O.O

Silly Girl, Not liquor. Just soda pop and tea. Whoa! is right! Needing that much liquid could be a sign of diabetes. If not that, then something else is out of whack. If a doctor doesn't know about it, I'd suggest mentioning it at next checkup. As for juices, had some in front of me almost 24/7 a yeqr ago when in rehab. They were apple and cranberry. They were the only two fruit juice options and I never tired of them. Martin The truth is more important than the facts.

My Son & DIl gave up pop about 10 years ago but plain water is just that, plain. Enter SodaStream for making your own bubbly water at home. Yes, it's pricey to start with but watch for sales. I see they have 10% off in the U.S. right now?

My sister-in-law's husband had surgery for some kind of stomach/intestinal cancer a couple of years ago. He had no appetite and also was told to drink lots of water. She got him some kind of special water bottle that makes fruit infusions and he drank a lot of natural fruit flavored water which he liked and was good for putting something in his system. She sent a bottle to us as a Christmas gift, but we never used it and it's packed out of sight somewhere, so I don't know the brand name. There are various models on Amazon. It sounds like too much fiddling for me, I'd rather just eat the fruit separately and drink my water as is. But I can see where it would be good for someone with stomach issues. There are lots of websites with info on fruit infused water, this is just a random one I pulled up - like I say, I have never tried it. www.theyummylife.com/Flavored_Water

AND it is a habit, I'll admit. I never measured, but I do keep a big mug filled with soda, tea or lemonade, etc. Unless we're out and about, then I just get a Route 44. I use a lot of ice, so the liquid may not be that much.
