not sure if its a runner but its a Mayflower bean.

Growing Rattlesnake, Dragon tongue, Black Jungle Butterbeans, Pencil Pod Black Wax, and one lone Christmas Lima plant this year :-)

Ciao all- Erwin, yeah for the Mayflower beans, the pods are smallish, but crammed with about 7 small red/cream mottled beans. It's very easy to tell the difference from the HUGE Runner Bean pods. Runner Bean tendrils also wind in the opposite direction. Maybe they think they're Australian.
