The Dehydrator we got at Cabela's we only live about 15 minutes from Dundee Mi. "Cabela's worlds most foremost outfitter" Anything you need for your outdoor living they can be pricy but they usually have what we need if we cannot find it anywhere eles. Knowledgeable people also. I just hate when you walk in the door they try and get you to sign up for a credit card.

Remember to remove the car from the garage before dehydrating. If not, you will be amazed at how much odor it will absorb!

This is probably a silly statement, but, I want to be sure; it tastes so much better than what you can buy in a bottle @ the store, am I right? Thanks a lot.......rick
I bought this place in 1976, garlic was growin here an it is still growin, I pick it every year, an I never thought about makin my own garlic powder, I will have to try it.

yes it does taste better, I believe because there is NO fillers ... Now someone suggested just to dehydrate it in chunks then powder it in containers as you need them .. that way it will stay fresher longer .. I don't know mine is still going good!!

first off in reply "does it taste better?" Heck yeah.
Looking good. I'm am about out of my powder. That's ok my garlic is doing awesome with the mild winter.
Funny I have the same dehydrator yo uhave only mine has a different top with a different manufactuers name on it. Other than that same thing. Crazy how company's buy stuff and make it their own when realy it is all over the place and made my a small number of company's. This happens it many different category's if you pay attention.
