Do people do this, you never hear off this, and I was wondering if anyone here does this! The product is called paprika. Incidentally paprika can be hot also, but we generally don't get such in NA.

I just make pepper flakes. They don't sell well and then my hub is happy.

I just make pepper flakes. They don't sell well and then my hub is happy. If the peppers are bone dry, they become almost powder simply by blending and periodically stirring with a wood spoon. This only takes a few minutes.
