This onion was substituted for the Spanish high-sulfur storage onion I was hoping for out of Baker Creek.
By Baker Creeks claim, it too is a good storage onion. I've never had much luck with reds storing worth a darn...
Its been in the tote for a while, I got it too late to fight with BK about it.
But hey! its all an experiment right?

Despite the (or irrespective of) the name, according to BK this is a red onion. I've never had a red store very well. An' it was a storage onion I was on the hunt for.
The day the order finaly showed up, I was on a slow burn.
As that great old Amish joke says; "Thats one."
