As you all have seen we have moved into a 70's style home, well in the living room we have tounge and groove walls and I was wondering what would be a great cleaner to use to bring back it's lusture!

Murphy's Oil Soap is always my favorite for cleaning wood. Or there are homemade all natural options you can find on the internet that will have some combination of vinegar, oil, possibly lemon juice, etc. but I haven't tried any of them so can't recommend any.

Its probably poly-ed or varnished. I'd try some Murphy's Oil Soap on it in the space behind where the couch goes...
Knotty pine does darken no matter what you shelac it with.
