I prefer to brew belgians and stouts, i have a strong gold, abby ale, imperial stout and a chocolate quad bottled, waiting for this weather to break so i can brew my summer beers.

When I was stationed in Germany, I use to drink Lowenbraw and Hoffbraw, both very good beers over there, but the stuff they sell over here, doesn't even remotely taste the same...be nice if I could some how duplicate that wonderful flavor somehow.

A good place for beer info is HomeBrewTalk.com, it's a super active forum especially for beer stuff....I'm more of a wino but it's worth checking out .
