Some gardeners prefer to pull the whole plant instead of just picking single leaves on brassicas... which do you prefer, me ima single leaf person cause I like getting all I can from a single plant... Can you just taste these already...

Single leaf usually. Like DLD, I want to maximize the yield per plant - though really, I am most interested in yield per SF per season because I am space constrained.
I haven't done any controlled experiments, but it seems I get more yield per SF by just harvesting leaves. It is more labor-intensive, though.

I also take the leaves individually - just slice the large ones around the perimeter, and the ones in the center keep producing.
