I planted my onions yesterday and was wondering if I can plant radish seeds in between the rows without hurting anything?

Were them thar onions-- seed? plants? sets? Of what type of onion--bunching? bulb? topset? And how far apart are your rows? And what color shirt were you wearing when you planted them? <grin>

They were "sets" at 4" to 5" apart... shirt... it was warm, so didn't need one, I was half naked... or was that too much info.

Well, if you were not wearing a shirt and half naked, have well amended soil, and planted onion sets yesterday in the dead sign of Leo, I'd say you're fine for seeding quick growing radish in between the rows, especially rows of hanging laundry.

with something like that I would plant half the plot with radishes and check if it did anything to the onions, I did that with beans in my corn plot and it changed nothing that year.
