This pepper, like another orange pepper, Bulgarian Carrot, has a totally unique flavor, unlike any others, including many other orange peppers I have tried. It is my favorite pepper in Guacamole, and I made my first batch of the season today with the fresh ones. I freeze a lot of them, and they are good, but, as always, the fresh are best. I also use them in a lot of those Thai and Vietnamese table sauces, which have fresh peppers in them. Bulgarian carrots are larger, and hotter, but the plants are smaller, and determinate, though they are much earlier (maybe I should just grow one, to get an early fix!). These are indeterminate, and very productive.

pepperhead212, can you post a pic of the "plant" and are these growing in a pot or in-ground?
