Some of y'all may have already noticed this, but I installed a theme changer button at the very bottom right hand corner... notice the orange " T " if you click on that it will take you straight into the part of your profile to where you can change your theme... let me know if you have any problems with it.

I'm not seeing it. Bottom right hand corner of which page? Maybe I'm color blind?

I don't see it Richard.
Edit: Found it by clicking on the back arrow on the lower right of the screen. Thanks.

Richard, continuing the thread here instead of the shout box so I can add a picture - The background wallpaper is back for Tomato Freak theme, but the header and inbetween the sections still have the "incorrect image link" boxes from Photobucket - here is a partial screen grab:

I finally found it thanks. But there are still some things kinda not right? Hopefully they resolve once photobucket is done the upgrade? For eggsample, Indian corn is black background with yellow borders on the boxes. Black popcorn? LOL
It's okay, I've settled on Tomato Freak for now.

I tried the Indian Corn black borders and liked it ok, but I ended up using the Garden theme for a bit of green!

september, bluelacedredhead, Sorry for the inconvenience... I checked with the Proboards crew and they said that you need to clear your browser's cache first to ensure you're not seeing the placeholder error images that were being served by those URLs while Photobucket was down. All I had to do was shut down my computer and reboot and everything began working the way it should. Oh by the way... I think I fixed the Indian corn background, just let me know if it's alright?

Dude, Thanks. The corn is quite lovely with some extra colour I didn't get any error messages, but thanks for your concern. I think I'll stick with the Tomato Freak for now and switch to Indian Corn a little later in the season.

Indian Corn is back to color for me too, but despite clearing my browser cookies, I still get the PB image error link windows for Tomato Freak. I will see if they are gone tomorrow after I shut down the computer for the night. Actually, I don't mind using something else for a change!

I will confess I am all elbows when it comes to things 'computer', but I don't find a single "T" anywhere. I can go to my profile and change the theme, but thats it.

I like the color of 'New years' - it's less harsh on the eyes. But in that format, on the front page, the dates of when a thread was last updated does not show up.
And in that 'forum skin' I had great difficulty posting and editing a post. Edits would just disappear.

I did, I turned on a little bank of buttons among them is the "T".

Gianna, I hadn't been in that one to finish it out... Thanks for letting me know about this... I went in and fixed the "date" problem.

That little T is handy. I'm now using the Easter theme for it's nice pastels and light green text background. Not sure about the stale peeps on the side however, lol.

The flower theme is lovely indeed but I had to change it because it's hard to read because it's transparent. Sad face (:

The theme changer is a handy little plugin, I use it on my forum too and it works great.

daylilydude, Hi, do we still have the ability to change themes? If so, where can I do that? The little T you mention in previous posts in the thread seems to be gone. I can turn on and off the snowflakes, but that's about it.

I can turn on and off the snowflakes, but that's about it. Here are the steps to change the theme. Click on "Profile" above Towards the right you will see a button that says "Edit Profile" click on that. Click on the tab labeled "Settings" The fourth item down should be "Forum Theme" with a drop down menu. Click on that and make your choice. Don't forget to click on "Save Account Settings" at the bottom of the menu. Then hit a page refresh and you should be good to go!

ladymarmalade, daylilydude, Thanks, guys. I had been using the blue default theme, but just switched to 'garden' for now. The default theme, which I also like, is noticeably narrower than this one.

It IS narrower! And the type is a touch smaller. I always use the Garden theme. Green growing things make me smile
