Was wanting to know if this pepper stays green when it's ripe or does it change to red like most do, and was also wondering if it sweetens up if it does turns red?

It turns red when mature. It's not as sweet as a sweet bell pepper but very little heat if you don't eat the seeds.

Gonna try 3 plants this year just for pickled peppers... do you use them in any other way??
