Pink Brandy for me means Brandywine Sudduth Strain. I know there are lots of iterations of this variety. Sudduth is one of those that when it is the right year is is out of this world great and you'll hear me say, "Now this is what a tomato should be like." Then the next year it may be a dud, comparatively. Let me back up a bit. The "on" year it has everything: flavor, size, production, beauty, strong plant habit and year long productivity. On the bad year, which may be the next year, it is merely a wonderful asset to the garden. You may only get eight or ten fruits, but they are still in the 8 range compared to the 10+ on the good years.
So long as the grower is not hung up on a crop of really abundant tomatoes starting in July (mid-west growers) and going to frost and are willing to take what happens just to taste a bit of heaven, this one is a winner. Not the most prolific, but one of the best tasting. For similar flavor and more stable production, Stump of the World (Big Ben) or Earl's Faux may suit many gardeners.
I have grown several of the "pink" Brandywine strains and while they are nearly the same, for me, there are distinct differences and I like the Sudduth's the best.

Awesome taste but a low producer. If you have enough room you should plant this one and savor the taste!

An earlier poster mentions 'iterations' of Pink Brandywine. This one caught on like a house-afire twelve fifteen years back. Too many poorly saved seed were widely distributed. Irregular and not true to type saved examples abound.
If you get a dud, get new seed from an entirely different source for the following year. This cultivar deserves a regular rotation in your garden.
Taste 8 Size L Productivity 8 Apperance 7-8
One of the better pinks.
