yep. grown it and tasted it. It is a large pink beefsteak. It is a late maturing large tomato for me in SE Nebraska. My original seeds came from a old tomato friend, Chuck Wyatt (long deceased). After many years of not growing Church because I did not save seeds way back then, Church seeds were recently purchased from Tatiana. In between Chuck and Tatiana I received seeds from another friend Neil Lockhart who got his from Chuck also. I think TGS also is a seed source. Last grown two years ago. The plant gets very large, almost eight feet tall and very bushy. I worried about being so dense it would limit airflow and become diseased, but it did not until the very end. (9-21). Not extremely prolific but quite a good yield: 20 fruits weighing 270 ounces for a 14 oz average and the largest tomato was 24 ounces. Mine were very solid and juicy with very few seeds and on the sweet side. Many would say it has a well rounded tomatoey flavor, mine were sweeter than tangy. This is another Tanya (Tatiana) photo but expresses what I grew pretty well.
