all pop corn is also a type of flint corn, so if you are looking for the flavor, that will be about it. I found out when grinding popcorn up to make corn bread out of it.

I remember making recipes grinding popcorn for cornmeal, after I got my grain mill, and the flavor was delicious! I also tried making nixtamal, or hominy, with it, since I had read that it had been used for it, but I preferred dent corn for this purpose.

Thank y'all so much with this and paulf that link was a great help as I looked into the one called Painted Hill Sweet Corn and it looks interesting... anyone grown/eaten this and care to give your thoughts??
