What are your favorite herbs to cook with, and which are your favorite herbs to grow?

One I use as much as any, but have not been able to master growing it, is cilantro. Rosemary I grow year round, covering a huge plant, and a smaller, younger one, when the temps get below 20° here, even putting a heater under there, when really cold. Parsley, chives, basil, and Thai basil I grow, and in the off season I grow them in hydroponics, so that I can have those whenever I desire. Kaffir lime leaves and curry leaves I grow in large pots, which I bring in for the off season. Tarragon, mint, marjoram, and sage are perennials, which come back out there every season. Epazote reseeds itself, and dill I plant seeds for several times every year.
Enough herbs for ya?
This year I have some new ones: Spicy Oregano, a.k.a. Thyme scented oregano, which really smells and tastes like thyme, and is much easier to use, with the larger leaves. It is perennial, and the one I had before only died from a super cold winter a few years ago.
I also grew some rao ram and green shiso from cuttings. These are two SE Asian herbs.
