Harlequin bugs cause plants to wilt and depending on how many bugs they may kill plants.

Yes! Harlequin bugs will decimate your plants...Trust me... Look also for the eggs underside leaves...Little round black and white barrels clustered together...Eliminate... They were all over the turnips last year and I've had them also infest the horseradish leaves...And then they get into everything else... I have never seen them before (thankfully!). That is an excellent link ahntjudy, those are really distinctive and weird looking eggs. hairymooseknuckles, I Googled organic controls and Safer makes a spray that is supposed to kill them called EndAll It is a combination of Pyrethrin and Neem oil. I would try that if it were me. Good luck.
