I'm growing one called "Green Bomb" introduced by one of our own (stratcat), that thing is growing faster than any of the rest I have planted! Can't wait to try this one as a sauce in my chili!

Green Bomb is a good one - it's juicier than a traditional paste, but Amish Paste is one of the parents. I liked the Green Bombs best before they were dead ripe and I used them a fair bit in Caprese Salad with fresh mozzarella. I also made some green tomato paste and ketchups with them.
