Yesterdays supper was a first for me. Cooked off a home corned brisket. Sorry the slow cooker hasn't been built yet. So corning was all I was willing to try. This was a first for me. Yum!
Does anybody have home recipes they have used for 'corning' or 'pastrami' beef?
This is definitely pushing my meatitarian button...
