I have other varieties of seed, but I'm not sure how many more I will plant. The last 6 of my list I've never planted before. German Johnson did not germinate at all last year.
I'm looking for a highly acidic beefsteak. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for a highly acidic beefsteak. Any suggestions? V. I'm not sure if I can be of any help here as I am one that doesn't eat raw tomatoes, they have to be cooked some way or another, but a highly acidic one would prolly be one of the reds, hope someone can jump in here and help more?

Ciao virraszto-
What growing zone do you live in? I'd try Brandywine Landis Valley. That one had a very acidic flavour for me. Matina is a saladette, but that one also has a strong acidic flavour. I'm trying to think, as I don't prefer strong acidity in beefsteaks.
I will be most interested to see how Skorospelka does for you. I'm considering maybe growing it as an early, but I can't remember if it's determinate and I may not have space since I'm also growing a couple Asian eggplants where I normally have my determinate tomatoes. We'll see.
