I had my doubts, but I tried this. Actually me and my brother both gave this a go. It was really easy and good. I have to give a thumbs up to those two chunky gals.

a slow cooker is the easiest way to make excellent ribs. I used to host a family reunion years ago that I did the ribs for, maybe 30#s. I browned them and put them in an oven roaster bag with a bit of bbq sauce inside of a roaster and cooked them on low overnight. then poured some more bbq sauce on them. they were fabulous.

I’ve done ribs in the house only once. I enjoy smoking them.

We use our slo-cooker a lot, especially in the winter months.

Tonight's dinner will be seafood. We watch Deadliest Catch on TV and I got inspired to buy some King Crab legs. They were outrageously priced at $33.99/lb so we are each having one crab leg plus a store made gourmet crab cake.
On the side will be garden corn from the freezer and a kale, avocado and cucumber salad. I am making this salad for the first time so I don't how we will like it but I also have a back up of applesauce in the refrigerator.

They’re even harder to keep lit; but compared to smoking camels...
