Okay I thought that I posted this last night. If there is some reason that it can't be posted, message me.
Creamy Jalapeno Corn
2 pounds of frozen corn 8 ounces of cream cheese softened and cubed 4 jalapeno peppers finely diced, or 1 poblano pepper finely diced, or 1 red bell pepper finely diced going from hottest to no heat at all 1/4 cup of butter cubed 2 tablespoons of water 1/2 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp of pepper
add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
I guess fresh corn could be used if you have a scale to weigh it out. Anyhow I thought it was a good recipe with most of the ingredients being available in gardens. I do need some cream cheese seeds though.

mgulfcoastguy looks like a really good recipe. Thanks for sharing. I'd love to grow a cheese garden as well. Please keep me in mind if you happen on any seeds lol.
