I know the star of the show is what's on the grill! I'm going to a 4th of July party at my sister in law's. She's supplying burgers, hot dogs and steaks. She asked people to bring some side dishes and desserts. So what are your favorite sides and desserts to have at a BBQ?

We always have to have baked beans and potato salad. A good chilled fruit salad made with watermelon balls, canteloupe & strawberries.

Grilled veggies are a winner here! Onions, tomatoes, squash?
OH! Don't forget the ice-cream maker, homemade watermelon ice-cream is to die for!

Well, I'm bringing dessert! Hope brownies, blondies and red, whit and blueberry cookies do the trick! I wanted something that could not spoil in the heat.
