1 head of napa cabbage shredded 2 medium sweet red peppers 4 to 6 carrots shredded 1 to 2 pink grapefruit peeled, seeded and sectioned 4 green onions sliced lime peel 1 recipe Lime Dressing(will follow) in a glass bowl layer first 4 ingredients, cover and refrigerate. just before serving add green onion and lime peel and half the dressing, the other half is for guest to add if desired.
Lime Dressing in a glass bottle add 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 to 4 tablespoons good tequila, 1/2 inch section of fresh ginger that has been peeled and thinly sliced, juice and peel of one lime, 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper or a diced jalapeno. Combine and shake let age at least one hour and reshake before use.

That sounds good, except I cannot imagine the grapefruit in it. I was eying a Napa cabbage in the store the other day. I am not familiar with using them, so I was quite interested to see this recipe. :-) Thanks!
