To lose weight, says She who had Belgian Waffles with fruit and 35% Whipping Cream for Breakfast Well I didn't want to waste the rest of the whipping cream. It was left over from making a Christmas dessert. Tomorrow can start the weight loss program. Today, it's relax and enjoy the New Year. Hope Everyone had a Good celebration and is looking forward to what 2011 brings.

No more POF-politics forums! For me they are a vice every bit as bad as heavy whipping cream or potato chips. If I'm to get my seed stocks in better shape I gotta lay off this junk.

Wait... tater chips are a major food group..... right? One of my marginally good deeds has been to be a companion to adults with developmental disabilites. One of my more entrprising companions was pretty sure that the four major food groups were; meat, potatoes, gravy, and desert. We got along famously. He had an interesting epithet, if it was obscene he called it "vegetarian"...

My biggest resolutions this year are related. One is to improve my data collection of what was planted when, what worked, and what didn't, along with plans for improvement at the time I see problems. The other is to plan the year's workload out so that I'm better able to delegate things that I can't handle alone. Last year's garden was very successful, too successful for me to handle by myself, so I either need more help at harvest time or to scale back on what I grow, so I don't get so overwhelmed and exhausted.
