At the new house that the family and I are moving to, there are 2 blueberry bushes that we have no idea as to the name, my question is, what is the best fertilizer to use on these as they have been neglected for quite some time and I would like to put s'more life to them!

Blueberries love acidic soil. I have 3 bushes and naturally acidic soil.

Get some Azalea tone, it is great for both the Azaleas and the blueberries. Throw your used tea leaves, pine needles, oak leaves under your blueberry bushes. They are all acidic.

In order of my prefference (IE most organic first) Sulfur, Holly-Tone, Mircacid.
This is a little bit like salt in a soup. Go lightly oh say at 1/4 the usual rate ( of one Lb per 100 square feet). its easier to make a second or third application (once) each spring, than it is to take some out.
And lots of something with plenty of lignins, oh, like saw dust or bark mulch.
We had this thread a year or so ago. If your berry bushes are mature and only half tall, look up rabbit eye and or hybridized berry bushs. If they're head tall (or taller) they are are one of the lowland blueberries.
Blueberry needs the mulch as a moisture barrier (keeping them from drying out), and as a source for its eventual nitrogen.
I likes them all.

Thanks coppice, they are a little taller than waist high and are budding out fair, the owner said that all they did was plant and forget, never fertilized them at all and got enough fruit for them to snack on, so I weeded aroud them and took some leftover stone that was left from the house, made a lil circle around them and put some black cow around them!

Just remember, blueberries are very shallow rooted.

Nuther question... I have been reading up on lowland blueberries and and have found out that they are supposed to be pruned back in Spring, if so, how far back should I prune these?

Feed them up the first year, prune them next year. By quarters. hm. Take one stem in four down to knee high or shorter. Repeat each year thereafter.

Camping...OMGosh, the heat index right now is 88F and it is 2:03am. I think you might rather have the guest bedroom.
I am overdue picking, hopefully I can tolerate the heat well enough in a few hours to get out there by 6am and pick. Yesterday morning I was needed in clinical trials so by the time I got home it was extremely hot and the berries just had to sit there calling me.
