They know your soil by coordinates?
But that would just be the soil as is, not after you improve or ruin it.

It gives the soil texture type of which there are thousands of combinations, some unique to a small area. Farmers can now even apply lime or fertilizer by following GPS coordinates. First time that I saw a lime spreader truck apparently driving willy-nilly over a field, figured that that driver must have been drunk or having fun. Instead, he was merely following the GPS and spreading only where needed and how much to apply.
