I just found dld's newest jam! Bacon jam, the recipe sounds fabulous. Just may have to try it ths weekend!

HEB grocery was running a special that if you bought a jar of the bacon jam, you'd get a good-sized jar of burger spice. Not a bad price for the 2 together. First time I tried bacon jam. Used some to make a salad dressing. Savory oniony flavor was very different and really good. This was either around father's day or 4th of July that they ran the special. Eating it with a spoon is a pretty good option too!  |

LOL, we were talking about the bacon-scented deodorant on another forum last week, and whether it would be effective in attracting mates. One woman said that where she lives (rural North Florida), lots of people already go around smelling like bacon grease.
I replied, "...with a trail of kids behind them. See, it works!"
