I'm thinking on planting a raised bed with half of each, should I worry about them crossing?

Nope. Lima beans are Phaseolus lunatus and cowpeas are Vigna unguiculata - they are not even in the same genus. No crossing.

String beans (both bush and pole types) are Phaseolus vulgaris. So they are in the same genus but are different species from lima beans. They won't cross.
However, most dried beans are also Phaseolus vulgaris. So are wax beans and romano beans. These can all cross.
