Pic from past harvest . The big one is a not so giant Atlantic Giant . The two on ether side are Howden and the little ones in front are an orange version of Kabocha.

Isn't Kabocha more like a squash in terms of taste and colour of the interior?

Hi, Kevin! Long time!!!
Your Atlantic Giant is still a good-looking pumpkin. I think I'll try growing one or two this growing season. If you join the Indiana Pumpkin Growers Association (IPGA.org), they will send you a package of competition seeds each year (pumpkins, tomatoes, long-gourds, melons etc.). The seeds are worth far more than the $20.00 yearly dues.

Isn't Kabocha more like a squash in terms of taste and colour of the interior? Ya know nobody has asked me that and to be honest I do consider them a green pumpkin and the taste is more like pumpkin to me and the Japanese call it a pumpkin. It truly does make some darn good pies and baked goods.

Yeah that was a nice pumpkin . Was pleased with the two Howdens also. They where perfect shape with no deformities . Was lucky I got anything that year though. Satan's Vile Brethern ( SVB ) tried to wipe out my pumpkins that year.
