I just was thinking of getting one that can be pulled behind my mower... for the yard of course , but got to thinking about how some of you with great big ole gardens spread the fertilizer in your gardens and yards?

My mind is in a rut. I can't shake the idea that a spreader will need a PTO and there used to be problems running two PTO's at the same time.

I have a great fertilizer spreader...Fweddie-Fwed my bunny. I just hold him above the plant I want to fertilize, squeeze his tummy gently, and out come the pre-packaged fertilizer pellets. (Okay maybe I just WISH I could do this with him.)

This is what I use in my garden. I got it for a couple bucks at a yard sale. I never have and never will fertilize my grass. That just makes more work.
