Thanks. They were some of the jalapeño peppers a buddy gave me. A little bit of heat to them but nothin like the Bhut Jolokia red peppers he gave me. Been a pretty awesome season for me. Been pickin tomatoes an a decent amount of peppers every week. Do you have a recipe you can share for the jalapeno jam/jelly? I'm seeing recipes with either vinegar or cider vinegar and wonder which tastes best.

Oh man, that Ghost Pepper jam is gorgeous! I bet it would be worth the burn, and now I for sure have to plant those next year so I can make some!
