Thanks. They were some of the jalapeño peppers a buddy gave me. A little bit of heat to them but nothin like the Bhut Jolokia red peppers he gave me. We made 7 jars of Bhut Jolokia pepper jam and 6 jars of Jalapeño jam. If you like heat then this is the stuff you'd brush on some bbq. Just sayin Wife likes the Jalapeño jam on ritz cracker with cream cheese. Sorry for rambling lol

Been a pretty awesome season for me. Been pickin tomatoes an a decent amount of peppers every week. Yesterday I got off work early, got home an took a look to see the small garden an was able to grab a few tomatoes an peppers

Do you have a recipe you can share for the jalapeno jam/jelly? I'm seeing recipes with either vinegar or cider vinegar and wonder which tastes best.

Oh man, that Ghost Pepper jam is gorgeous! I bet it would be worth the burn, and now I for sure have to plant those next year so I can make some!
