I grow a bean called Eye of Goat but I draw the line at Hog Brains. Euuuu.

I've actually cooked pork, lamb, and beef brains, and liked all of them. But then, to me, ofal is not awful.
As for cowpeas, one of my favorites is red chori beans.

I'm a cowpeaholic. Hehe.
At one time, I had many varieties that I grew. I was always fond of Big Boy, Red Ripper, pink-eye purple hull and Ozark Razorbacks. Never did meet one I didn't like!
