I found this while strolling through youtube a few minutes ago. Completely nontoxic and organic and worth trying if I can find the small l.e.d. lights that the guy uses. Problem is that nobody in my family drinks soda pop any more.

Those traps really do work. I didn't make my own but I had purchased a stinkbug trap several years ago and it had a light in a base under an open plastic cup. You were supposed to use a stinkbug attractant but just plain water worked fine. It is the light that attracts them. I added a drop or two of dish soap to keep them from flying out. My trap didn't have a funnel, just an open cup and I emptied it every morning.
Our cabin in Western PA used to get lots of stinkbugs inside and this trap worked like a charm to capture them. I would catch between 10 and 20 a night during the summer in the living room. We were able to have a soffit added below the roof so now we don't have them getting inside like we did. I have only had maybe one stinkbug in the house so far this summer.
