They are invading my house! Not just the garden...but my house!!!!I have flushed 3 today. Anybody have an organic way to get rid of them.( I don't use chemicals unless they are plant based like neem. ) I have to get rid of them - Yoda thinks they are toys.UGHHH!!! FYI- for those who have not "met" Yoda, he is my 6#, 9mo old Mini Pin/Chihuahua ball of energy. He is welcome to sleep beside me on my pillow - minus stink bug breath!

Ya Dunno if it works but try a little diatomaceous earth. Just a little dusting here and there, not globs. You should not be able to see it when it settles. Oh, and close the screen door and window screens. Heheh Train

Very fortunate Gunnar. They like those crops here, but are a special pest for the tomatoes.

Hands down try the diatomaceous earth, it is ground fossils, totally natural, won't hurt the pets but be sure to apply it carefully and not with a breeze going... It is great to sprinkle into your carpet, leave in for a few days prior to vacuuming. Key to it's use is sparingly. How it works, like a shard of glass that penetrates fleas and other bugs, dehydrating them from the inside out, they simply die from dehydration. I moved into a rental house many years ago, the house had fleas! Our pets were wearing flea treatment so it was not a problem for them, those awful fleas went after us. I tried all kinds of things and that is when I found diatomaceous earth which you can buy at garden centers, last time I found it at a Walmart. It completely got rid of the fleas in the house and I even treated the yard. When I had called an extermination company to find out my options at the time...they told me they even use it for folks who prefer not to use chemicals and told me that it does work and it did!

Some types of stink bug are beneficial. They prey on pest insects.
