When do you fertilize your new seedlings, at transplant stage, or do you wait till they are in their final spot?

I give my seedlings a dilute liquid fertilizer once a week after they get their first true leaves. They will not get transplanted into 6" pots for about 3 weeks and they need food before then.

I start mine in flats, so they only get ferts after they have been transplanted into cells (one seedling per cell).

Again, a weak solution after true leaves and the once a week or so.

Usually when first true leaves emerge.

Yep, weak liquid plant food when they have true leaves and every week or so thereafter. Seed starting mix doesn't have much nutrition.
