www.radacutlery.com/Not sure about their other knives but I bought one of their paring knives at a church fund raiser over 10 years ago and that sucker is still as sharp as the day I bought it and I use it every day.
Edit to add: The only thing I do with my paring knife is wash it right after use, dry it and put it back in the cardboard sleeve it came in. I have never sharpened it.

Yes, of coarse! Have had one (or two) in the past. Should have known .....
For some reason, good knives seem to disappear in our house!

Holy Mackerel!
These new knives are SHARP!
I ordered 4 different styles of paring knives from Rada. And now, I have fresh cuts on each of my thumbs! Going to need to re-think on my technique for using a paring knife.
Hope I’m not too old to learn. 😖..

If you have money burning a hole in your pocket and you want sharp, order one made by Shun. But they don't go in the washing machine and I never let inexperience people touch mine.

tallpines... keeping them sharp is part of just how you use them. don't drag the blade across the cutting board. don't pry sudeways with it to get it through something tough.. that can break the blade as I have seen my father in law do... don't put them in the dishwasher as previously mentioned, the diswasher detergent will ruin the finish on a RADA knife. do store them in sleeves not loose in the drawer, dont let them out of the kitchen for garden jobs... get a few cheap victoronx serrated blade paring knives.. those work fantastic in the garden and back into the drawer. www.swissarmy.com/us/en/Products/Cutlery/Paring-Knives/Swiss-Classic-Paring-Knife/p/6.7431
