I agree with the cold pizza. And my husband prefers cold meat like roast beef or chicken the next day, instead of reheating it as is. I have to cut it up and make a stew if I want to serve it hot.

Chili, and some Mexican dishes are good cold. Ratatouille is also good cold.

If I have any pizza left over, I put it in a really hot oven to warm it up. I would never reheat pizza in a microwave because IMO that makes it inedible. I'd rather eat cold pizza than resort to the microwave, or better yet, I'll have a sandwich.

I'm one of those who doesn't like pizza cold. Pizza for me is all about the melty cheese! So I have to reheat it. Most leftovers I prefer reheated.
But leftover ham is good warm or cold! It can be used in about a million different ways. Everything from just nibbling on it straight - hot or cold, with or without some nice spicy mustard or honey mustard to dip it in - to dicing it up in omelets, making casseroles with it, cold ham sandwiches, grilled ham & cheese sandwiches, as a pizza topping, added to mac & cheese, and on and on.
