I have dry powdered fish emulsion from Irish Eyes. Still have tons- very cost effective but I don't see it on their website anymore. I think it works great and repels mammal pests, but I think fish is generally higher in N. If that is what you want great, otherwise compost tea is more all purpose. Compost tea supposedly helps fight fungal problems but who really knows.

Market and CSA gardener on a small scale. Sandy soil; zone 4. 4 months without danger of frost.
