Tornados came within two miles of work yesterday. today is slightly chilly, we might get up to 50 today. Of course that will always be short lived.... Back into the 70's by Sunday.

Saw some flakes yesterday, too! The last two nights have been around 20F, so my volunteer Swiss Chard has wilted and my foot tall volunteer Gloriosa Daisy in my lawn isn't looking too good. Still some dandelion flowers. We had 40's today with a hellacious wind gusting over 40 mph. I was out working on my friend's pole barn for three hours at the end of the day and the neighboring farm fields provided no windbreak! Tonight it's 39 out and the farmers across from Mom's place have started picking their cornfield after 8p.

While I was out in shorts today, we had 59F and sunny. Saw 60F when I was in the car. We opened my bee hive today and the bees were quite mad. One crawled up my pant leg and stung my knee. There was a bee with pollen on her. A huge bumblebee was out in the yard, as well. When my friend left, he had to wear his bee suit with the veil zipped because we couldn't brush all the bees off. Down the road he opened the window and all but one flew. That one made it into his house 2O minutes away. Farmers are out working right now in the field across from Mom's place. Tomorrow looks to be 55F and then it's downhill for sure.

The last couple days have been above freezing in the daytime and there's no snow left. Wednesday should be 36F with sun, so I'm looking forward to being outside.

I live in Dayton, Ohio. It is finally getting kinda cold. Today it was in the 30's. Mostly it's been in the low 40's and mid to upper 30's this last week. It's been raining a lot. There has been some mild flooding in the area. I am already looking forward to spring. lol!!!

Hey, dld! Looks like you're colder than us tonight. I got out for a mile walk at 8.30p and it was a hair below freezing with that old north wind blowing. Mid-20s for tonight. Hi, myurbangardens. Welcome to NJT!

This morning we had a low of around 40/42 degrees. Daytime high will be in the mid-upper 50's for several days. Unusual that we have this many cold days in a row-but it's all good! Killed off the rest of the straggling zinnias, eggplant, tomatoes and peppers. Now I can focus on my broccoli and cabbage!

We've had a couple warm days in a row.
Monday was sunny and 47. On my walk I saw some dandelions open. Some of my bees came out of the hive.
Today (Tuesday) we had lo 40's and it was dull out. At 11p it's still 34.
Looks we're in for another couple days in the 40s. My outdoor work isn't done. I'll take it!

We hit 55F when I was in the car today. The sun peaked out a couple times and I saw two bees flying by the hive. Tonight it's very windy; just above freezing with some snow flurries. Just got in. I didn't walk. Shiver!

Living in the southwestern section of BC our weather is very much Pacific Northwest weather. This morning it was drizzling & think the temp is supposed to go up to 6 Celcius. Think we'll have some rain before Christmas but doubt we'll see a white Christmas - which, to me, is great - don't miss the cold, snowy climate at all.

overcast, a bit foggy, slight drizzle throughout the day, supposed to reach a high of 5-6 Celcius (not too much over freezing) & supposed to get a green Christmas this year. Most Christmases here are green - sometimes we get snow but it doesn't usually last long - the weather here is similar to that of Seattle, if you know what the Pacific Northwest weather is like. No complains that there's no snow. Have a good week everyone!
